Guarantee
Every cash deposit means another setup to establish, follow and close. With Guarantee, an approved tenant pays for a guarantee instead of placing the full amount in cash. Keyhole handles the onboarding and assessment, and you receive the agreed guarantee within its amount and terms. If a valid move-out claim remains unpaid, it can be submitted through the documented claims process.
Secure
Secure is designed to connect the cash deposit to the tenancy through a defined digital workflow, so your team can follow its status and handle the relevant release process in one place. The German account structure and terms will be confirmed before launch.
Tenant Screening
Before you sign, you need more than a form and a first impression. Tenant Screening is designed to provide structured financial decision support for the specific tenancy, so you can assess documented information at the relevant stage while keeping the final rental decision with you.
Rent Accounts
