No. Keyhole does not list homes or replace property-management software. We specialise in the financial side of modern renting, with solutions such as deposit accounts, guarantees and financial verification for tenants and landlords, depending on the market.
Keyhole’s solutions vary by country, landlord and rental setup. Depending on the selected country, that may include deposit accounts, guarantees and financial verification.

Not always. Deposit accounts and guarantees are connected to the landlord’s setup, and some products require approval.

With a cash deposit, you pay the agreed amount to your landlord at move-in. It is used as security for valid claims under the tenancy, and any amount left after the move-out settlement is returned to you.
With Guarantee, an approved tenant pays for an ongoing guarantee instead of paying the covered cash amount upfront. The payment is not savings, and the tenant remains responsible for valid move-out costs. The landlord must offer or accept Guarantee.
