With Guarantee, an approved tenant pays for an ongoing guarantee instead of placing the covered deposit and any covered prepaid rent in cash. You receive documented guarantee security within its amount and terms, while the tenant keeps more money available at move-in. If a valid move-out claim remains unpaid, it can be submitted through the documented claims process.

No. Keyhole handles financial products and workflows around a tenancy; it is not a property-listing or property-management system. You can use the portal alongside your existing software, connect selected workflows or integrate available products through the API.
Secure is coming soon in Denmark, so today Guarantee is the option you can offer. With Secure, the tenant will pay the full cash deposit into the applicable Danish account structure, and the money will follow a separate release process connected to the tenancy. With Guarantee, an approved tenant pays for a guarantee instead of placing the covered amount in cash, and the agreed guarantee is provided to you within its amount and terms. Releases and claims follow different product-specific processes.
Tenant Screening checks whether registered payment remarks are present. Tenant Screening Plus adds identity validation and calculated disposable income through a secure applicant flow. Both provide decision support for a specific tenancy — not a guarantee of future payment or behaviour. You make the final rental decision.
Secure is coming soon in Denmark. When it launches, the legal property owner connected to the tenancy must complete KYC, an identity and ownership verification, before Secure can be set up. This is required because the funds are held and later released through a regulated financial process. It also applies when a property manager or administrator manages the tenancy on the owner’s behalf.
