KEYHOLE TENANT SCREENING
Keyhole offers thorough background checks on tenants, including credit checks in multiple registers to identify any payment remarks. This ensures that you, as a landlord, can feel confident that the tenants are financially sound. We also validate the tenant's identity and comply with all GDPR requirements, so you can rest assured that all information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Purchase as a standalone product
You can also purchase our background checks separately without using other Keyhole services. This gives you the flexibility to assess tenants before entering into lease agreements while reducing your risk.
HOW DOES THE KEYHOLE PORTAL WORK?
Use the Keyhole portal to send invitations, manage guarantees, and submit move-out settlements.
1. TENANT SCREENING
The Keyhole portal always begins with a screening of the tenant, whether it's as a standalone service or to invite the tenant to one of Keyhole's alternative deposit solutions.
2. SEND INVITATION
The tenant receives an invitation to Deposit or Split and completes the application with the necessary information.
3. APPROVAL
Keyhole evaluates the application, disburses the cash deposit with Split, or issues a guarantee that secures the landlord with up to 6 months' rent with Deposit.
4. DIGITAL MANAGEMENT
Landlords can manage deposit guarantees and register move-out claims in the Keyhole portal—everything is 100% digital.
