KEYHOLE HAS TWO SMART AND MODERN SOLUTIONS FOR THE TRADITIONAL UP-FRONT PAYMENT WHEN MOVING IN.

Moving into a new rental home can be an expensive affair—but not with Keyhole. As the first and only in Denmark, we create a modern rental experience for both tenants and landlords by offering two attractive alternatives to the traditional cash deposit.

Both products require credit approval.

SPLIT

With Keyhole Split, you divide your deposit payment into several small installments with a fixed monthly payment, while your landlord receives the full amount immediately.

Keyhole Split can be used with all landlords who have a Danish CVR number and more than two rental properties.

DEPOSIT

With Keyhole Deposit, you pay a setup fee and a fixed monthly premium. Throughout the rental period, we secure your landlord with a deposit guarantee that replaces the cash deposit payment - from move-in to the move-out settlement.

When you move out of the rental home, you will receive your move-out settlement for payment in the app - easy!

Keyhole Deposit requires that your landlord is a Keyhole Partner and that your landlord invites you to use Keyhole Deposit.
