We have collected our best tips and tricks for starting your Keyhole Split application:
HEALTHY ECONOMY
- Ensure you have a healthy financial situation. This means no payment remarks or debt to public authorities.
- Have a reasonable disposable income after all fixed expenses.
MOVE-IN DATE
- Include the move-in date for your current rental.
- The question in the application might seem a bit tricky when you are moving on to your next rental, but we ask for the move-in date where you currently reside.
HOUSEHOLD EXPENCES
- Be realistic about your share of household expenses.
- For individuals living alone, it's typically 100%, and when living two together, it's 50% per person.
CO-APPLICANT(S)
- You can add a co-applicant, as it can benefit to a stronger financial situation.
- Your co-applicant doesn't necessarily have to be someone you live with. It can be a family member, who is willing to guarantee the credit.
PARTNERSHIP WITH RESURS BANK
Keyhole Split is a credit product developed in collaboration with Resurs Bank. We act as agents for the product, while Resurs Bank handles the final credit assessment and approval of your Keyhole Split application.
When you use Keyhole Split, there will be an establishment fee applied, which will be distributed across your total credit costs.

Are you a Keyhole Deposit tenant, finding yourself in the unfortunate situation of being unable to pay your full move-out settlement? Then you can use Keyhole Split*. Here, you split your move-out claim into several small installment payments.
