We offer two levels of screening so you can choose the depth that fits your needs: Tenant Screening and the extended Tenant Screening Plus.
How it works?
Tenant Screening is a standalone product you can use anytime for quick insights to support your decision-making. Results are available for 7 days before being automatically deleted.
Tenant Screening (Standard)
Get a fast, accurate overview of a tenant’s payment history, including:
> Credit checks across multiple registers
(Experian, Dun & Bradstreet)
> Overview of any payment remarks
Tenant Screening Plus (Extended)
Our most comprehensive service. It builds on the standard screening and adds:
> ID validation
> Calculation of disposable income
