HOW DOES KEYHOLE WORK?
Use the Keyhole portal to monitor, send invitations, manage guarantees, and submit final settlements.
1. Landlord sends an invitation
The tenant receives the invitation and fills out the application with necessary information.
2. Approved tenant
Keyhole reviews the application and issues a guarantee covering up to 6 months’ rent for the landlord.
3. Ready to move in
The tenant can move in without the large financial burdens of traditional deposit solutions. The landlord can feel secure knowing the protection is in place.
3. Digital administration
The landlord can manage guarantees and register claims in the Keyhole portal – everything is 100% digital.
