If you receive a claim from your landlord when you move out, it is relevant to notice that you are still responsible for your moving bill. The difference is that with Keyhole, you pay the moving bill, not the entire deposit at contract signing.
HOW DOES A RENTAL GUARANTEE FROM KEYHOLE WORK?
A rental guarantee is an alternative to the traditional deposit when renting a property. By purchasing a rental guarantee, you avoid tying up a large amount in a deposit account.
If you choose a rental guarantee from Keyhole, you will instead pay a fixed, low amount each month. The subscription is valid for as long as the lease agreement lasts, or until you choose to terminate it by paying a deposit.
RENTAL GUARANTEE IS NOT AN INSURANCE
By using Keyhole's rental guarantee, we guarantee your landlord that they have the same security in the lease agreement as in a traditional deposit arrangement.
Claims for payment on a rental guarantee will be assessed in the same way as in a traditional deposit arrangement at a bank. If you are unable to meet a legitimate claim from your landlord, we will ensure that the landlord is compensated.

Nordic citizens include citizens from Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland.
For non-Nordic citizens, there is an upfront payment of 18 months' premium (monthly amount x 18). After 18 months, the tenant automatically continues with a monthly subscription.
The annual premium for non-Nordic citizens is increased by 0.33%, and the premium is calculated based on the guaranteed amount.
