Guarantee
Every deposit account means another setup to pay for, follow and close. With Guarantee, an approved tenant pays for a guarantee instead of placing the full amount in a blocked account. Keyhole handles the onboarding and assessment, and you receive the agreed guarantee within its amount and terms. If a valid move-out claim remains unpaid, it can be submitted through the documented claims process.
Secure
A Norwegian cash deposit comes with clear requirements and another account to administer. Secure keeps the money locked in the tenant’s name and connects the account to the tenancy workflow, so you can follow its status and handle the relevant release process. Onboarding also supports tenants without a Norwegian national ID number or D-number.
Tenant Screening
Before you sign, you need more than a form and a first impression. Tenant Screening gives you structured financial decision support for the specific tenancy, so you can assess the applicant on documented information while keeping the final rental decision with you.
