DELETING YOUR PROFILE
How you do this depends on whether you have used Keyhole's deposit payment solutions:
Deletion in the App:
- You can delete your Keyhole profile directly in the app if you have not used Keyhole's deposit payment solutions. Follow these steps:
- Open the Keyhole app
- Open the menu and choose "Profile"
- Scroll to the bottom and press "Close account"
- Confirm your decision to delete the profile
Contact Keyhole Support:
- If you have had a deposit guarantee through Keyhole, you can close your account 18 months after paying your last active claim.
- You can also contact Keyhole Support for help deleting your profile.
DATA ACCESS REQUEST (SAR)
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we have stored about you. This is called a Subject Access Request (SAR). To submit a SAR, please contact Keyhole.
RIGHT TO CONTEST A DECISION
You have the right to contest a decision we have made based on an automated processing of your personal data. To contest a decision, please contact Keyhole.
