Updated: 25.01.2025
The short version
Split is an alternative financing solution for the cash deposit used in tenancy agreements with private tenants. As a landlord, you can invite a prospective tenant to apply for Keyhole Split. Keyhole does not guarantee that the tenant will be approved for the financing solution.
Once a tenant has been approved for Keyhole Split, Keyhole pays out the agreed cash deposit to the landlord in accordance with the tenancy agreement.
