- Keyhole Guarantee: deposit guarantee that can be used instead of a cash deposit and prepaid rent.
- Tenant Screening: credit check of prospective tenants with their consent.
- Tenant Screening Plus: extended screening of prospective tenants with their consent, including payment remarks, identity validation and calculated disposable income.
You manage them in the Keyhole Portal. Keyhole Secure, a digital security deposit account where the tenant's deposit is held in a separate account, is coming soon in Denmark.
