Yes, it is possible to add or remove a person from a guarantee. A fee will be charged for these changes. However, this requires a new credit assessment in both cases and that the requirements for using Keyhole are met:

  1. You must be over 18 years old.
  2. You must have Danish citizenship or a permanent residence permit (5 years of residence for EU citizens).
  3. You must not be registered as a bad payer in RKI or Debitor Register.

You need to contact your landlord with the changes to the rental contract. You will then receive a notification in the app once the changes to the guarantee are completed, or if any action is needed from you in connection with the change.
