Yes. To apply for Keyhole Guarantee, the tenant confirms their identity with MitID.
In the Keyhole app, the tenant first scans a valid photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence. Then they confirm their identity with MitID.

Create an account and register your tenancy in the Keyhole Portal.
Once the tenancy has been created, you can invite the tenant to apply for a deposit guarantee with Keyhole Guarantee. You can also order a credit check of prospective tenants before entering into a tenancy agreement, provided that the tenant has given their consent.
Keyhole Secure, the security deposit account, is coming soon in Denmark.
