How do I run a credit check?

1. Let the tenant know that you will run a credit check. The check requires their consent.
2. Log in to the Keyhole Portal and enter the tenant's CPR number.
3. Run the check. The result is available in the portal for 7 days.

With Keyhole Tenant Screening Plus: The tenant also receives a link, which they must complete and approve. Once they have done so, we carry out the extended assessment.
