Keyhole offers a smart and flexible solution for tenants who want an easier and more cost-effective way to provide a deposit. We are not an insurance company, but a guarantee solution that makes it possible to avoid large expenses when moving into a new home.

Keyhole FAQ
No, Keyhole is not an insurance company, but we cooperate with Nordic Guarantee, a solid and recognised insurance company.
Nordic Guarantee is a leading provider of guarantees in the Nordics, with operations in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and especially Norway.
Keyhole is registered as an insurance agent under the supervision of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. This means that we can issue deposit guarantees through our specially designed digital platform.
You can delete your Keyhole account at any time if you have not used Keyhole's deposit guarantee.
If you have had a deposit guarantee through Keyhole, you can close your account 18 months after you have made your last active premium payment and any final settlement.
If the unthinkable were to happen and Keyhole ceases to exist (although of course, this will not happen), it will not affect the security provided to the landlord or tenant.
The guarantee is technically issued by our financial partner, Nordic Guarantee. Therefore, the security will still be valid for you as long as the guarantee is in effect.
We cover the most common types of payment cards.
VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro.
