The price of the setup fee and your monthly Keyhole premium depends on the rent of your rental property.
You pay a setup fee based on the rent (minimum 450 DKK). After that, you pay a monthly premium. The monthly premium ensures that we guarantee your landlord until your rental account is settled and everything is cleared with the move-out statement.
Your monthly premium follows any rent adjustments.
You register your active payment card in the Keyhole app, where you can also update or change your card at any time.
