We have the following requirements for tenants who wish to apply for Keyhole Guarantee:

  1. You must be over 18 years old. 
  2. You must have Danish citizenship or a permanent residence permit (5 years of residence for EU citizens).
  3. You must not be registered as a bad payer in RKI or Debitor Registret. 
  4. An assessment of disposable income to ensure that the rental property fits within your budget.

In certain cases, a guarantor can be added to the guarantee if you cannot be approved for Keyhole based on your own financial situation.
