How do I add or remove a tenant?

As a general rule, the tenancy must follow what is stated in the tenancy agreement.

If an invitation has already been sent and you want to change the tenant, you must first cancel the existing invitation.

If you want to add a new tenant, you can do this when creating a new invitation for the relevant tenancy.

If the tenancy is already active and you want to change the tenants, you must contact support.
