It’s great to have "roommates". But remember to keep track of the financial responsibilities you share.
The guarantee follows the rental agreement, so if everyone is on the rental contract, everyone is also on the guarantee. This means that all of you need to be registered in Keyhole by your landlord.
You can divide the payment as you wish, but the main tenant is responsible for paying the guarantee to Keyhole.
NOTE: The main tenant can only be removed from the guarantee if the new main tenant passes the credit check.
