The cost of the guarantee depends on the size of the deposit.
We offer two types of guarantees, and you decide which type is available for your tenants:
Time-limited guarantee: A 3-year guarantee costs 14% of the guarantee amount as a one-time premium.
Ongoing guarantee: An ongoing guarantee costs 6% of the guarantee amount per year, paid monthly for as long as the guarantee remains active.
For example, if the guarantee amount is NOK 40,000, an ongoing guarantee would cost NOK 200 per month.
