The cost of a Keyhole Guarantee depends on the type of guarantee and the deposit amount.
We offer two types of guarantees, and your landlord decides which type is available for your tenancy:
Time-limited guarantee: A 3-year guarantee costs 14% of the guarantee amount as a one-time premium.
Ongoing guarantee: An ongoing guarantee costs 6% of the deposit amount per year, paid monthly for as long as the rental remains active.
For example, if the deposit amount is NOK 40,000, an ongoing guarantee would cost NOK 200 per month.
The price and duration may vary depending on the guarantee selected and the terms of your tenancy.
