How does the final settlement work for a security deposit account?

When the tenancy ends, your landlord starts the final settlement in Keyhole.

If both of you agree on the settlement, the deposit is paid out according to the agreement. If your landlord submits a claim, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept or dispute it.
