Yes. The deposit can be paid by someone other than the tenant, such as a parent, family member or employer.
Once the tenant has completed the first step of the onboarding process, the account number and payment reference become available in Keyhole. This information can be shared with the person making the payment.
It is important that the correct payment reference is used so that the payment is registered to the correct security deposit account.
