When you move out, you are responsible for paying any outstanding amounts that are due under your tenancy agreement.
Your landlord will complete an exit inspection and prepare the final settlement in Keyhole. This may include unpaid rent or other amounts you owe under the tenancy agreement.
Your Keyhole Guarantee premium must also be paid for as long as the guarantee remains active. The guarantee is terminated by your landlord when the tenancy has ended and the final settlement has been completed.
If you disagree with the final settlement, you should contact your landlord to resolve the matter. You should not approve the settlement in Keyhole until you agree with it.
