When will the money be paid out?

The payment time depends on which type of security is linked to the tenancy and whether the claim is accepted or disputed.

If the claim is accepted, the settlement is normally completed within seven business days of the acceptance. If the claim is disputed, it may take several weeks or longer before the case is fully processed.
