What happens when I move out?

When you have moved out, your landlord goes through the home and sends a final settlement in Keyhole.

1. No claim: If everything is in order, your deposit account or guarantee is closed. With a deposit account, the money is paid out to you.
2. A claim: If your landlord has a claim, you'll receive it in the Keyhole app. You can accept the claim or object to it.
3. An objection: If you object, you and your landlord try to reach an agreement. If you can't agree, the case can be taken to the Rent Dispute Tribunal (Husleietvistutvalget).
